Genki was founded in 2021 with the goal of bringing modern software solutions to the independent eye care market in Canada. We believe a misconception about the value of eye care has resulted in the industry not enjoying the attention and support it deserves. This is changing due to shifting demographics and digital lifestyles, resulting in a renewed awareness and demand for this critical care. Which is why we’re optimistic about the future of independent eye care and fully committed to being a part of its evolution.

We see that each practice is different in meaningful ways - the services they offer, the demographics they serve, even the way their offices are setup - which requires solutions that are flexible enough to meet their specific needs.
